At the company's request, 2-factor authentication can be activated for login. In this case, the login is not only via personnel number/Windows user and password, but an additional authentication step is also performed. After entering and checking your password, a PIN will be sent to the e-mail address you have provide. This PIN is valid for a limited period of time, you have only three attempts to enter the PIN, after that you must restart the login process.

- 2-factor authentication, enter the PIN from the e-mail here
If you havn't received the e-mail with the PIN, please check your spam folder and whether the sender e-mail address of HCM Payslip is stored as a trusted sender in your e-mail settings. If necessary, update the data and request a PIN again by clicking on "Send new PIN".
